Cancellation Policy

FACILIATIVE LEADERSHIP LAB PILOT SERIES - November 2025 PARTICIPATION FYI & AGREEMENT: - Participation is limited to 15 leaders to ensure an interactive experience. - Sessions will take place online via Zoom in 2025 on November 6th, 13th, and 20th (90 minutes each). - If you sign up for this cohort, you commit to attend all three sessions for the full 90 minutes to support the overall experience and community of learners (Impact Pods). - This is a pilot offering; participant feedback will be used to improve future labs. Additionally, to ensure an interactive experience for all and to allow the facilitator to look for nonverbal communication and responses, your camera will need to remain on during each session. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: - The pilot fee is $450 per participant, due in full at registration. - Refunds are not available; however, substitutions are allowed with approval (another leader from your organization may attend in your place). PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT: - Participants agree to attend and fully participate (with cameras on) in all three virtual sessions (Nov 6, Nov 13, Nov 20) for the duration of the time (90 minutes). - This supports the overall experience and community of learners that will participate in the Impact Pods part of each session. - Participants agree to respect confidentiality within the cohort. - Resources shared are for participant use only and should not be distributed outside the group unless following all sharing procedures that will be communicated during the cohort.
